Capabilities
Our on-location staff have been working with computers for some time, and have learned the many ins and outs of most programs. They are also well versed in the use of many versions of Microsoft Windows applications, and can guide you through many steps to master the sometimes complicated mechanics of Windows. Our staff is also very curious about programs that they have not before encountered and can often times learn many interesting ins and outs of a new program in a matter of days, and be able to assist you in the process.

Learning Windows
Microsoft Windows 3.1, 95, 98, ME, 2000, and XP all work a bit differently from each other, and at the same time have many of the same functionalities. However new and even more even experienced computer users, tend to find Windows rather daunting. We at ZAC Micro Systems can help overcome the hurdles.

Having so many computer oriented people on staff, means we have the somewhat endless supply of curious users. New programs are learned, sometimes even mastered, within a couple days, and can then the programs are then passed on to other staff members for learning purposes.
